Disappointed

I was hired by this attorney as a litigator, while I transitioned back into law after a 17 year legal career in complex Litigation. I was punished and unsupported for doing my job well. Applying my skills, knowledge, training, and experience, I advocated strongly at OATH hearings in full support of t...he firm's goals. The other litigators hired were not as experienced and they were elevated and supported above me in the firm. I am currently thankful to be managing my own legal practice again where I will not be a victim to my professional attributes.

Speeding ticket

This attorney was the best decision I could make regarding my traffic infraction. Mr. Gerschel handled my speeding ticket from beginning to the end of my case. My ticket was dismissed with 0 fines and 0 points.

The best lawyer ever

Great job he won my case and got me my license back, I would recommend this lawyer to anyone who has any TLC issues, he is the best lawyer you can hire , tlc suspended my license and he got it back for me , don't waist your money on lawyers who have no experience, he is the best in the market, I ha...d a very hard case and he won it for me thank you so much
