Best and affordable

At first I have called a few different traffic lawyer’s on Staten Island, who all wanted more money then what Philippe charged and as i talked to them they didn’t seem that confident in my case. My last phone call a guy said I am not a traffic lawyer but i will give you a phone number to a guy i know... who is a good one. I called the number to Mr. Gerschel who had giving me a good price lower from the others also that he traveled from the city to the island was confident in my case , asked me for all my proof from receipts to other documents and the best part I didn’t even have to miss work to show up to court my lawyer did it all for me, went in and had my tickets dismissed. I have been recommending him to other people i know and would most certainly use him again.

You Want Him In Your Corner! -THE BEST!

Hired Mr Gerschel for a case involving driving with a suspended drivers license, suspended car registration, and no car insurance. He was able to negotiate with the judge and had a potential criminal misdemeanor conviction brought down to basically a $50 non-criminal noise complaint ticket. He was pr...ofessional, empathetic, and responsive from the start. He always personally answers phone calls and returns messages very quickly. His confidence was very comforting in this matter, and all of the steps in the court process that he explained happened exactly like he said. Would definitely come to him for any similar legal matters in the future. Would love for him to handle all of our legal matters if possible. Definitely recommend Mr Gerschel one million percent! You want him in your corner!

Reckless Driving ticket

I received a summons for a Reckless driving ticket and Philippe Gerschel got it down to a $100 fine and I received no points on my license.

Amazing

I hired Philippe and couldn’t be more pleased. I had two tickets of which one Philippe was able to dismiss. The other ticket I had 6 points and $300 fine for speeding and he brought it down drasically! He also went into court for me. I did absolutely nothing and I feel like everything has been lifted... off my shoulders. I’m very grateful for his help and definitely recommend him to everyone! From the moment he took my case to the end was very simple and hassle-free. Thanks again!

Excellent

He was impressive. You had to do nothing just pay him and he will do everything for you plus some. Reduced my points on my ticket at the toughest brough DMV court Staten Island. Didn't have to attend court he does everything for you. Thank you again Philippe.
