BEST LAWYER

Philippe is amazing! I called Philippe at 11:30pm very stressed about a possible legal matter. Philippe not only promptly answered my phone call, but calmed me down, is a very good communicator, knowledgable about the legal system, answered my questions and then call the precinct only to find out th...at there is not case against me - all for the initial consultation fee of free. I couldn’t recommend him more! Thank you so much for your caring support Philippe! Very very much appreciate all your help!

TLC lawyer service

I hired Mister Gerschel to represent me in a TLC hearing, for a Speeding ticket. Not only did I NOT have to appear myself, Mr Gerschel got me a GREAT settlement! NO POINTS on my license and a $500 fine!(well worth it) because my Insurance would have Skyrocketed and who knows what the TLC and DMV wou...ld have punished me with!! He was Terrific and IF I ever need Mr Gerschel's services Again; I would Not hesitate to do so!!! Great Job Sir!!!

In a complex case, he gave sound, straightforward advice and explained things in a way that a non-lawyer could understand. He was clear and direct, and very attentive to details. Outstanding Attorney

We had several summonses that we could not resolve. We contacted at least five other attorneys who could not help us. Finally, and thankfully we found Mr. Gerschel who was honest, explained the procedure, and was easy to speak to. Well, thanks to Mr. Gerschel, our tickets were completely dismissed. W...e look forward to working with Mr. Gerschel in the future for all of our business needs.
