My car was towed by NYPD and they wouldn’t give it back no matter how hard i tried to convince them. Unfortunately i was a suspect in a crime i had no knowledge of lol. so i was jnder the impression i had a DAT a month later than what i thougt. Mr. Gerschel defended me in a Reckless Driving case and was able to turn what would have been 5 points on my license, a criminal record, AND a hefty $300+ fine- to just a $100 non-criminal/ non-DMV violation. Not to mention, we were in and out of the court room in under an hour (though that might've... just been good timing).
