Biography
I am very proud to say that I am simply the best NY, CT and VT traffic court defense lawyer. This is not what I alone say, but this is what my clients say. When you read our testimonials you will see that our clients could not be happier with our responsiveness, accessibility, ease of service, but most of all results.
I am also proud of our mission statement - to bring quality and affordable legal representation to New York motorists charged with speeding, moving violations, DUI, and automobile crimes. We have been executing on this mission since the inception of my law firm.
I realized that the public needed such a focused legal service when I first started practicing criminal defense and would watch motorists, unrepresented, try to defend themselves. What was needed was a law firm savvy enough to create a business model to provide high quality criminal defense cost effectively to New Yorkers charged with speeding and other infractions. Out of that idea o ur website was born. The service could not be more affordable and convenient. Our clients do not have to go to court or come to our office, can pay by credit card, and we charge 1 low flat fee.
The second thing I did was partner up with just a tremendous trial attorney, my good friend and business partner Mark Kosofsky. Partnering up made each of us stronger, better attorneys and better advocates for our clients. We opened practice areas that neither one of us could have done on our own. Mark has been practicing personal injury for over 20 years. Mark has recovered millions for his clients injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, and the like.
Today our clients benefit from our growth. We have expanded to include almost the entire Northeast for speeding and traffic ticket defense. Our office is licensed in NY & CT and we have affiliate referral counsel in NJ, MA & RI.

Speeding Violation
I was caught doing 73 in a 55, it's a 4 point fine. Palumbo got it knocked down to ZERO POINTS and just a $150 parking ticket. Great service, great people.

Replied last June 11, 2016As anyone can see this person did not even retain us. Which calls into question the credibility and veracity of the complaint. Nonetheless, I want to thank this commenter for his review, as there is a singular truth to it which helps provide a tutorial of the services we provide and what is relevant and what must be discussed on an initial phone consultation. The truth is that one of the things we discuss is money. The reason for this is simple. While we are a law firm the reality of what we provide is an economic service. So whether it is in your interest to retain us turns on whether the value of the services are greater to you than the downside of simply mailing the ticket in with a guilty plea. So there has to be a comparative analysis of the economic impact of the fines and surcharges, insurance increases, as well as the potential for many people who drive for a living in loss of license or job prospects. Only when the value of what we provide is greater to you than the investment you must make to get the benefits of the services is it worth it to retain us. This is a decision only you can make, and you can only make it after discussing what your concerns are and the economic impact of pleading guilty as charged. Now for the lies. The first one being "...he wants the money with no work..." Our law firm does EVERYTHING for our clients and makes it exceedingly convenient for them. Our clients NEVER have to go to court or come to our office. We litigate the case from start to finish. The second lie is that I gave inaccurate information to him about the fines and surcharges. I talk to many people every day so it is impossible to know exactly who this one is. However, judging from the amount we quoted for services in this case and what he or she states I said was the fine, I know that the person was charged with an excessive 6 or 8 point speeding. The fine and surcharges on such a charge can easily be $693.00 or $1,143.00. The "$350.00" claimed that I stated is inaccurate. I likely told this person that the DMV assessment alone would be $450.00, NOT the $350.00 in fines he or she claims that I misquoted. From the nature of the comment it is apparent to me that this person called us not in good faith to get information about their case, the problems a finding of guilty can cause, and what we can bring to the table for them, but rather to pick my brain for information on how to do it themselves. When the person realized that I was not going to allow an intellectual larceny of my inventory this angered and frustrated him or her to the point where they tried to undermine my online credibility. Not only did it not work, it backfired. Just look at the hundreds of positive reviews I received from actual paying clients.
