Previously, as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County for 18 years. I prosecuted hundreds of cases, including homicides, violent felonies, and narcotics cases. I also served as a Special Narcotics Prosecutor in Manhattan. I was admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States Supreme Court, and the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York and am an active member of the New Rochelle Bar Association, Bronx County Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and the Justice Brandeis Westchester Law Society. I earned my Bachelors of Arts Degree from Columbia University and my Law Degree from Boston University Law School.

Could not have done a better job!

Eli is a great attorney who knows his way around all of Westchester County New York. I hired him three times in Chappaqua, Mt. Kisco, and Scarsdale. Each time he negotiated brilliantly and I left with vastly reduced fines/points. If you have a traffic issue, go to Eli!

Traffic tickets in Scarsdale

Hired Eli to represent both myself and my son in traffic court for two separate violations. Eli was very diligent in handling the matter, highly responsive, and, ultimately, successful, as neither my son nor I received any points; just fines (under $200 each). His fee was reasonable given the circumstances.
