I hired Dorit to represent me during the purchase of my first home. She was a dream to work with. She promptly and accurately responded to all inquiries and I sure did have plenty. Having never gone through the process before I had a litany of questions about everything. On top of that all documents ...were addressed and processed promptly. We went from "offer" to "closed" in ~30 days! I'm typically not a stressful person, but during the process I found a million different things to worry about. As soon as I would find a new thing to worry about I would email/call Dorit and she would explain everything, and all was well. I don't plan on buying a new home any time soon, but I know that when I do I won't hesitate to hire Dorit again.

My experience with Dorit was excellent ! I’ve consulted with her about construction company I’ve had an issue with. Dorit very throughly walked me through legal steps, advised me on what I should do to solve issues and game advise on what to do in case promblem is not solved. She was willing to write... legal letter to construction co and take it to court if needed. I followed her advise and problem was solved!! Dorit was very professional , she knows her stuff and she put me at ease. I highly recommend her services

This transaction went through without seller being officially represented by a real estate agent and inspection on the property was severely impaired by fully loaded rooms. The buyer's real estate agent doesn't have too much experience. The loan underwriter asked our W2s repeatedly. The title age...nt presented documents with error in names even in the last day. The closing was bumpy but we have to value our attorney of top excellence to weather through all challenges.
