David Brodman

I used to be in really bad debt and I felt depressed because I felt I would never get out of my debt no matter what I paid due to interests and my income dwindling. I felt trapped until I looked up bankruptcy. As a first timer, I felt unsure and scared to go through with it so I researched attorn...eys who specialized in these financial situations. I found David Brodman and was relieved to find out he actually worked at his office not far from my mothers. Made an appointment, went in with my documents, and the process was amazing. David and his assistants made the process easy and fast and I was able to come out of my pocket just a little so that I wouldn’t have that as a burden as well. Long story short, I am DEBT FREE and currently rebuilding my credit! From 400s to upper 600s now. I was able to finance my first car, got approved for my first apartment, able to save up to catch up on important bills, and just took my first vacation across the world in Bangkok, Thailand with my fiancé! None of this could have happened without David honestly. He’s a great guy, really nice and understanding, he clarified the process and made sure I understood everything. Feeling debt free, is one of the best feelings. I can actually sleep at night and wake up not stressed about “how am I gonna pay this and that and keep these credit cards up” etc. I usually don’t write reviews but David literally changed my life for the better and I can’t thank him enough so I thought this review will make someone out there who’s going through the same thing as I did, secure about David. Highly recommend David Brodman!

I dont usually leave a review on the internet, but Mr. Brodman did such a great job I thought it would not be fair to him if I didnt. I was also nervous about filing bankruptcy but Mr. Brodman took his time and answered all my questions. He took care of all the paperwork and also dealing with my ...creditors if they kept harassing me. Before I knew it the process was done and overwith. Now I am getting my credit back on track and avoiding the traps that some of the money hungry creditors put out. I definately recommend Mr. David Brodman to handle to bankruptcy case.

I as well as my parents hired Mr. Brodman over a decade ago. When our bankruptcy was closed (we were making payments per our agreement) we received a court letter and I immediately called Mr. Brodman to verify if there was any action on my part to be taken and he explained it was a filing issue noti...fication. EVEN TEN YEARS LATER he is diligent in providing excellent service. If I were ever in a situation where i had to think about filing bankruptcy again I wold never go to anyone else than David (as he tells you to call him) He consults with you for free, he reviews everything and explains what can happen, what should happen and what he recommends. He took a big amount of stress off my shoulders and made he entire process in 2007 so easy, simple, and stress-free! I felt the need to write this review as I was recommending him to someone and saw I could leave a review. Great Lawyer
