David Brodman was super helpful throughout the entire bankruptcy process. I went to other lawyers who was not sure what I should do, or did not seem to care and also wanted to charge more. I went to David and felt well taken care of. He told me what was possible and what was not, and calmed the anxie...ty I had about my financial hardship that I got myself into. With a clear path and goal he set me on, I was out of debt within 6 months after paying. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is, Dave DEFINATELY knows what he doing. I went to him because of his high rating on Google, and I literally could not afford to have a lawyer mess up. I got rid of some pretty big debt and even informed me of what not to do that could have put me in a bigger hole. Seriously, before you take any action on your debt, consult with debt first to see if it a smart move. He will know the best way for you to navigate out of it w/o causing more problems for yourself. I as well as my parents hired Mr. Brodman over a decade ago. When our bankruptcy was closed (we were making payments per our agreement) we received a court letter and I immediately called Mr. Brodman to verify if there was any action on my part to be taken and he explained it was a filing issue noti...fication. EVEN TEN YEARS LATER he is diligent in providing excellent service. I found David Brodman in a Bronx lawyers brochure and I made an appointment off of a whim of mine, and went into his office one afternoon. As I sat there I said to myself "oh lord, will he be the one to save me from the mess I've gotten myself into?" I had multiple doubts in my mind about his integri...ty as well as his character at first. Could I trust him? Was he an honest person? But as we kept discussing my case ultimately all of my doubts began to melt away. He even said to me that if he was unable to win this case for me he would give me my money back. Where do you find a lawyer with such integrity? I quiet nearly found myself lost in a sea of anxiety and depression, but David stood by me through it all, and helped me reclaim my life.
