David Brodman was super helpful throughout the entire bankruptcy process. I went to other lawyers who was not sure what I should do, or did not seem to care and also wanted to charge more. I went to David and felt well taken care of. He told me what was possible and what was not, and calmed the anxie...ty I had about my financial hardship that I got myself into. With a clear path and goal he set me on, I was out of debt within 6 months after paying. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is, Dave DEFINATELY knows what he doing. I went to him because of his high rating on Google, and I literally could not afford to have a lawyer mess up. I got rid of some pretty big debt and even informed me of what not to do that could have put me in a bigger hole. Seriously, before you take any action on your debt, consult with debt first to see if it a smart move. He will know the best way for you to navigate out of it w/o causing more problems for yourself. Attorney Brodman was very laid-back, understanding, and very casual. Did not make me feel intimidated at all with the process of bankruptcy. Was very helpful in answering every single question, and trust me I had a lot of questions! Don't let his casualty fool you he is extremely efficient and very t...horough at what he does. Does not explain your rights. He would get a letter from trustee, like in my case, asking for additional money to close the case but wouldn't tell me why or bother to tell me if I reached the 60 payments required. It was only of my persistence to know the meaning of additional money that he explained.... He is rude, and out dated when it comes to correspondence. He still relies on postal services instead of emailing. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
