William Watt Waldner

Attorney Waldner is an honest, ethical and knowledgeable lawyer who practices law for all the right reasons. If you are considering Bankruptcy he should be moved to the top of your list. Meet with him and I am sure you will see why I took the time to write this review, which he has no knowledge of. I am just thankful to him for what he did for me and I observed him offering help to the needy. He is a commendable human being.

Bill answered every question of an extremely complex case that concerned property in another state while I was a resident of in New York and the other state. Bill also advised after answering every question I could come up with including some of his own that would be pertinent whenever I filed. It would be prudent of me to first make inquiries with attorneys for filing in another state to retain property I owned there while I was a resident of New York and that state, Bill at a later date also expounded on every issue that one may encounter and possible remedies that would fulfill the requirements of the trustee and Judge when the issue was concluded. I can't thank Bill enough for taking the time and effort to assist me in saving me the assets that took a lifetime to acquire.
