I hired Mr. Brodman he was very professional and walked me through the entire bankruptcy process step by step. I am 3 years into my chapter 13, and due to life circumstances I fell behind on my payments. Mr. Brodman re filed my payment plan and did not charge additional compensation. I am a Registered Nurse, and I work crazy hours we were in his office past 7pm signing all my paperwork. I was so grateful he stayed late to help me. Mr. Brodman would send me correspondence through email, and then would go the extra mile and call to make sure I remembered to check my email. I greatly appreciate his due diligence. I never check my email, and it becomes flooded with spam mail. He stays late, and calls clients personally. I recommend him to anyone.

Does not explain your rights. He would get a letter from trustee, like in my case, asking for additional money to close the case but wouldn't tell me why or bother to tell me if I reached the 60 payments required. It was only of my persistence to know the meaning of additional money that he explained.... He is rude, and out dated when it comes to correspondence. He still relies on postal services instead of emailing. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
