Ms. Mark represented me for a TVB speeding ticket out of SI, and can't say anything but positive things about the experience. She knows her stuff. Helene was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She failed to show up to several of my cases and the DMV had notified me that my license would be suspended due to her actions. She did not reach out to me one time within the 2 years of fighting my fail to yield pedestrian ticket. Trying to get in c...ontact with her was useless and failed to reach out to me after several times trying to contact her. Overall unprofessional. Find a different lawyer!
