Mrs. Marks and her associates were are very unresponsive and had never provided any updates throughout the process. I sent emails and call numerous time. Once I received a letter from the DMV stating that she did not show in court and my license could be suspended. When I called she was rude. And in... the end, I received 3 points and fine. Please look elsewhere, plenty of other lowers. Would not recommend their service at all.

Helene was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She failed to show up to several of my cases and the DMV had notified me that my license would be suspended due to her actions. She did not reach out to me one time within the 2 years of fighting my fail to yield pedestrian ticket. Trying to get in c...ontact with her was useless and failed to reach out to me after several times trying to contact her. Overall unprofessional. Find a different lawyer!

I received a speeding ticket on SI. It was postponed by the court and finally it was scheduled for almost 18 months after the incident date. I haven't received a moving violation on over 30 years and had a clean abstract. It was 75 in a 40 on the Staten Island Expressway. Any good lawyer could have g...ot it reduce in the speed based on my record. Instead, nothing. An 8 point ticket, over $300 fine and that NYS driver assessment nonsense another$450. Tag on her $350 fee. That's $1,100. I personally believe she doesn't care, it's easy sucker money for her. I won't elaborate to much, but an attorney I hired in NJ on something got a reckless driving, 5 point dismissed and a speeding ticket speed reduced to make it two points. Bottom line, find a attorney with knowledge.
