Hanan made the process super easy. She handled majority of the process so I did not have to stress and only involved me when absolutely necessary. Process was seamless. Would hire again. She also is willing to explain anything you may be unfamiliar with.

Home Purchase

The best real estate lawyer I have ever had represent me in a residential home purchase! Hanan Boulos was consistently quick to respond via email and/or a telephone call, offering valuable and accurate time saving guidance in our purchase of a home in Plainfield, NJ. Hanan provided the legal outline needed to get work successfully completed on the house prior to closing. She also was able to provide us with a virtual closing settlement process, invaluable in this current time of covid-19, saving us travel time and reducing heath risks. Use Hanan for your next home purchase!

We found Hanan through a Google search... although most of the favorable reviews about her had to with traffic violations, we used her services during our recent condo purchase. We were purchasing the home remotely, and there were some issues that needed to be resolved... Hanan was always available to assist with our concerns and proved to be most helpful in resolving them. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney for a home purchase. My realtor was also impressed by her and will be using her for her own future deals, and will be recommending Hanan to her clients.

Knowledgeable, Responsive & Helpful

Hanan did a fantastic job representing us for the closing of our house. She was extremely responsive to all of our emails and texts, usually answering within minutes and clarifying multiple issues and being very patient with us. As we were overseas during the entirety of the sale, Hanan ensured the documents we needed were accurate and even arranged a Power of Attorney to make any last second changes required. She worked through the 6-hour time difference with us as well as the limited legal services available to us overseas. Hanan asked each and every time before utilizing the PoA to ensure it was in line with our wishes. We would highly recommend using Hanan for any and all real estate transactions or other legal requirements she does. This has been hands-down our best experience with a lawyer.

Brilliant Traffic Ticket Lawyer

I had an improper passing ticket in Old Bridge, New Jersey. This was my first ever ticket in New Jersey. I hired Hanan based on her reviews. She was amazing in her follow up specially during this difficult time of COVID-19 where the court date has been changed several times. Finally I did not have to appear in court and she managed to reduce my points from 4 points to Zero! I just ended up paying an amount equivalent to the original fine with no points. Thanks a lot Hanan for all your help.
