James Birch is an EXCELLENT attorney. My wife who also happens to be an attorney recommended Jamie to help me with my speeding ticket in Staten Island. The ticket was for 70 mph in a 35 mph construction zone. I tried to explain to the officer that I was NOT traveling at that speed but he refused to... discuss it. Facing a large fine, points on my clean licence and a possible suspension I was more than worried. Jamie, reassured me and took over.
