Helene and her staff gave me complete confidence that my tickets would be handled and not to worry at all. Well to say the least, I’m beyond thrilled with my choice to use her law office. They contacted me and let me know my 2 tickets were dismissed and I did NOT receive any points on my license eith...er. They are friendly, professional, and work hard for all their clients. Mrs. Marks and her associates were are very unresponsive and had never provided any updates throughout the process. I sent emails and call numerous time. Once I received a letter from the DMV stating that she did not show in court and my license could be suspended. When I called she was rude. And in... the end, I received 3 points and fine. Please look elsewhere, plenty of other lowers. Would not recommend their service at all.

Helene was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She failed to show up to several of my cases and the DMV had notified me that my license would be suspended due to her actions. She did not reach out to me one time within the 2 years of fighting my fail to yield pedestrian ticket. Trying to get in c...ontact with her was useless and failed to reach out to me after several times trying to contact her. Overall unprofessional. Find a different lawyer!

I want to say I am not only fan but guarantee she will represent our company for Life. I have used different attorneys for traffic tickets in the past, and have lost miserably. One of our company's trucks was stop by port authority and the company including the driver was given multiple traffic ticke...ts and violations. But we've used Helene 3 times for all our trucking traffic tickets in the past 4 years and every case we had was thrown out. If you have serious traffic violations this is the person to go to. She's very professional and if you hire her as an attorney you will not regret it.

I got this electronic devise which is a 5 points ticket. While I didn't have anything whatsoever in my hand while the phone was in my pocket. The Staten Island officer was totally wrong about it, to the extent that I was impressed that the officer did it anyway just she wanted to. In court, I saw peo...ple found guilty regardless. So I decided to get a lawyer to keep my records clean as it is. Luckily, I found Helene Mark who said phone records is not going to help because "electronic device" ticket could mean not in use phone. Also Helene picked some technicality in issuing the ticket, and that's how she presented her argument. THANK GOD SHE WON. I got off of it clean because that's the God honest truth. It was an unlawful and wrongful accusation that I truly didn't commit. But without this excellent lawyer Helene Mark, I had no chance. I definitely recommend her specially in Staten Island.
