Helene and her staff gave me complete confidence that my tickets would be handled and not to worry at all. Well to say the least, I’m beyond thrilled with my choice to use her law office. They contacted me and let me know my 2 tickets were dismissed and I did NOT receive any points on my license eith...er. They are friendly, professional, and work hard for all their clients. Received a speeding ticket in Staten Island, NY. Reviewed a few lawyers on the internet to hire to represent me. Called Ms. Mark and discussed my situation with her. She explained that she did a lot of work in the SI court. She seemed very professional and very experienced in these matters. Her ad...ministrator, Kathy Rodelli was very proficient and managed my case like a pro. END RESULT: I was found not guilty by the judge. I don’t know how she did this, and I don’t even want to know. I found her to be responsive, efficient and effective. She was able to resolve the issue in my favor. I could not have had a better experience.... In addition, she has personable staff who follow-up. Mrs. Marks and her associates were are very unresponsive and had never provided any updates throughout the process. I sent emails and call numerous time. Once I received a letter from the DMV stating that she did not show in court and my license could be suspended. When I called she was rude. And in... the end, I received 3 points and fine. Please look elsewhere, plenty of other lowers. Would not recommend their service at all.
