Mrs. Marks and her associates were are very unresponsive and had never provided any updates throughout the process. I sent emails and call numerous time. Once I received a letter from the DMV stating that she did not show in court and my license could be suspended. When I called she was rude. And in... the end, I received 3 points and fine. Please look elsewhere, plenty of other lowers. Would not recommend their service at all.

Helene was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She failed to show up to several of my cases and the DMV had notified me that my license would be suspended due to her actions. She did not reach out to me one time within the 2 years of fighting my fail to yield pedestrian ticket. Trying to get in c...ontact with her was useless and failed to reach out to me after several times trying to contact her. Overall unprofessional. Find a different lawyer!

I got a ticket for an "illegal" left hand turn. The sign was not an official DOT sign but one put up by the construction crew to reduce the flow of traffic. In essence, it was a bogus ticket. I was very concerned about the outcome of this case, but Ms. Mark was very patient with me and very reliabl...e - she answered all my concerns, emails, and telephone calls by the end of day.

I would highly recommend that you hire Helene Mark as your attorney. I was facing some pretty steep fines, administrative fees, a suspension, and a poor driving history that would have impacted future job prospects. Most of the male attorneys I spoke to spoke very quickly, spoke over me, and didn't ...listen to what I had to say. Ms. Mark took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She answered my texted in a timely fashion and showed up to court on time. She questioned the ticketing officer at length while he was on the stand and pointed out that his procedure and documentation were faulty. The case was dismissed!!!! She is a true professional all around!!!
