Helene Mark

I had received a speeding ticket and hired Helene Mark to help me to resolve that. She did not promise anything but said she would try her best, and she did. I found her to be responsive, efficient and effective. She was able to resolve the issue in my favor. I could not have had a better experience.... In addition, she has personable staff who follow-up. I recommend her highly.

Mrs. Marks and her associates were are very unresponsive and had never provided any updates throughout the process. I sent emails and call numerous time. Once I received a letter from the DMV stating that she did not show in court and my license could be suspended. When I called she was rude. And in... the end, I received 3 points and fine. Please look elsewhere, plenty of other lowers. Would not recommend their service at all.
