I was impressed with the level of coverage that the trust provides, and the forethought and accommodation of many different possibilities that can occur. It was also comprehensive, which gives me a great deal of comfort. The firm also provides letters to facilitate transfer of accounts into the the name of the living trust. Additionally, Shiva, the Paralegal, promptly addressed any questions that I had. Finally, Mr. Khalsa is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (which only accepts 125 members throughout the US!). All in all, the staff at the Khalsa law firm were an absolute pleasure to work with and I was able to quickly transfer all of my assets into the Living trust and am able to rest easy knowing that my loved ones are taken care of.
