I was having issues with an employer and consulted with Gary Ireland. I had taken short term disability because of a health condition of mine and when I returned to work, was facing pressure from management to leave my job. I consulted with Ireland about whether I should stay at my current company and fight for my job, sue them for discrimination, or look for another job. Ireland went over the pros and cons of each situation with me, and eventually I left the company. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience, his mental toughness, and an ability to handle sensitive matters (my disability). I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Gary has been a great source of thoughtful and compassionate employment advice as well as an excellent referral source for career coaching. His passion for justice and fairness drives his work on behalf of his client and definitely informs his approach to whatever situation he may be helping you deal with. He will fight for you and knows how to network with social service and legal resources to best support his clients. I have and will continue to refer my friends and colleagues to him because I know that he will do everything possible to benefit them with concern and respect for their employment needs - but also their personal well being.

Mr Ireland assisted with a fairly complex consulting agreement. We were able to get a reasonable amount of concessions from the other side on some of the more onerous terms of the agreement, and I was able to execute the agreement clearly aware of our respective responsibilities, etc. Overall, Mr Ireland worked very efficiently, and helped move a difficult process forward to a good conclusion, that being that I could take on the business, which is what it is all about. I would be happy to recommend him.
