Christopher Andrew Colvin

Chris is a co-founder and partner of one of the leading IP litigation boutiques in the United States, Colvin Hudnell LLP.

Chris is a first chair IP litigator who has successfully handled dozens of large and complex matters involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, false advertising and trade secrets. Chris started working in the Intellectual Property field over 20 years ago, paying his way though law school by clerking full time at a top IP firm just down the street from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

As a former partner in a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, Chris litigated for many years with and against the top IP litigators in the United States, consistently prevailing for his clients. Chris co-founded Colvin Hudnell to leverage new technologies and innovative legal support services to ensure more efficient representation of his clients, while continuing to deliver outstanding results.
