I was pleased with the services at Tully Rinckey PLLC and specifically Nicholas Devyatkin who represented an EEO and Wrongful Termination case against my organization. I would hire the firm again for employment related issues. If I had not retained the firm I would have been terminated just because... they could. I am a NAF Federal Employee and have significantly less protection than the APF employees and Mr. Devyatkin represented my concerns effectively and efficiently. Additionally, this was a very emotional time for myself and my family, Mr. Devyatkin's guidance and council kept me on an even keel - Thank You!

Nicholas Devyatkin/Federal Disability Retirement

Mr. Nicholas Devyatkin is the type of lawyer every client wants. He is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. Mr. Devyatkin was very proactive in explaining my rights, collecting documents, contacting other agencies, and in providing quick and reliable fe...edback and answering all questions concerning the Federal Disability Retirement Process. What I especially liked about Mr. Devyatkin was his ability to remain calm when I felt like I was in a crisis situation. I would highly recommend Mr. Devyatkin for legal representation.
