Since joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, I have expanded my skills representing employees and employers in federal, state and private employment law matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower actions, prohibited personnel actions, disability retirement applications, disciplinary matters, and wage and hour litigation. I continue to help develop the firm’s labor law practice, representing unions, and all of their institutional needs, including unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations, grievances and arbitrations. My work has included representation in New York State Courts, Federal District Courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Federal Service Impasses Panel, and the National Labor Relations Board.
I also represent clients in the firm’s New York civil and commercial litigation and transactional practice, handling construction law issues, health law, property disputes, contracts, shareholder agreements, mechanic’s liens, landlord-tenant issues and many other matters. I have experience in a variety of dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
