Daniel S. Braverman, Esq. is the Principal and Managing Director of Braverman, PLLC. Mr. Braverman clerked for a respected jurist in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and frequently lectures on Labor and Employment law topics.

Mr. Braverman received his law degree, cum laude and with Honors, from the Seton Hall University School of Law; and he received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Braverman is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, and has represented clients in numerous states throughout the nation.

Mr. Braverman also is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Fabulous Labor Lawyer

I was referred to Dan by friends. Hiring an employment lawyer was new territory for me and I was looking for someone who was both assertive and collaborative. Dan was perfect. He listened to my situation, put together a compelling argument and also kept my expectations realistic. In the end, he got me a fair settlement without ruffling the employer's feathers. Excellent Champion for Clients

Very lucky to have Dan Braverman on my side.

SEPARATION AGRREMENT WITH EMPLOYER

Highly recommend

Daniel's help was indispensable to me considering that my company offered only 6 weeks of severance and cut off my health insurance coverage. Daniel pointed out the aspects of my work environment which were not met by my former company and helped to negotiate additional 3 months of severance as well as 4 months of health insurance. This made tremendous difference during difficult times for me and I highly recommend Daniel for such matters.

Got me additional 3 months

Dan, who I know as an acquaintance for a long time, actually got me an extra 3 months of severance from my company, beyond the original offer. Daniel was incredible from the moment I reached out, until a fair settlement was reached with my former employer. Daniel was the perfect balance of professional and personal. Dan is the true essence of a lawyer who zealously advocates for his clients. His empathy and desire to help his clients pushes him to relentlessly get them the best settlement. BEST LAWYER

You will feel you are working with a friend

I worked with Dan on both sides of an issue now, both as an employee and an employer, and both times I found Dan being the opposite of the typical stereotype of the lawyers. Dan went above and beyond explaining the issues to me, acted more like a friend than a hired professional. The communication from Dan was always top notch, VERY timely and organized, very friendly and pleasant. Dan was very transparent and showed me his communication with the adversary's legal team, and advised me to copy both for the sake of efficiency, so I had full trust in all his actions. Dan shines in the areas specific to NYC law and if you are dealing with any labor issues in this city you need an attorney knowing the technicalities of the city laws. I will recommend Dan to all my friends and will not hesitate to use his services again.

Great attorney
