As a Partner at Tully Rinckey, Anthony has served as Managing Partner of three separate offices - Buffalo, Syracuse and Binghmton and as the Practice Chair for three separate practice areas - Military Law, National Security/Security Clearance and Education Law. Anthony serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and as the Chair of the firm's Business Development Committee.
