I met Tom by chance one evening through mutual friends. I had been searching high and low for a Lawyer that could provide experience and communication for a serious legal issue. Too many Lawyers forego the communication aspect and with all the stress involved with legal matters you want a Lawyer you ...feel is there for you and can communicate in a timely fashion. Not waiting around a day or two for a response to an email or a phone call. Tom was amazing and explained everything thoroughly as we navigated through my legal issue and there was never a doubt in my mind I had hit the jack pot with him. This process was long and arduous but Tom was there with me the entire time. He defended me until the final outcome which was the best case scenario for me. Mr. Tom Kenniff Esq. is in my experience the BEST lawyer I have ever encountered. He is kind, practical, SMART, quick to respond to your messages, and most of all is a GOOD & HONEST human being (which is hard to find in an attorney). I lost my job and being so depressed because one single chain of ev...ents led me to convicted of a DWI. I accept responsibility for it and I am ashamed of what I did but thankfully no one got hurt. The DA was hell bent on putting me in prison for 2 years but Tom managed to secure me 3 years of probation (very strict) but still I am so immensely grateful to Tom. He is so kind, and compassionate but in the courtroom he is a TIGER. He knows ALL his stuff and he not only does his homework, he tries to find every single angle that might help you either win the case or in the worst case scenario avoid jail. I Cannot express to Tom what what his counsel, his pep talks, and those moments when we sat and spoke like two friends meant to me. I would give Tom a 11/10 if I could. I am a pharmacist and its going to be a LONG hard road ahead of me but thanks to Tom's guidance and friendship, I have hope that someday soon, I will be a practicing pharmacy again and my mistake was just a bump on the long road of life, a bump that shook my world, woke me and up and taught me a lesson. Tom is a handsome, smart, intelligent man but more than that he is a reasonable, practical, intelligent, honest gentleman who will defend you with every bit of information that he can dig up and you can provide. I owe him a great thanks and I highly recommend him if GOD FORBID you are ever stupid enough to drink and drive. Tom is the man you want in the courtroom to defend you and the man you want out of the court room to help you with the extremely difficult time you will be going through. I wish Tom all the success and happiness I can in the future and do yourself a favor, if you EVER need a DWI lawyer (pray you dont) Hire Tom.
