We needed to remove tenant who was behind in rent. Contacted Robert's firm and within 2 days tenant was served. If we had questions they were answered quickly and clearly. We were fortunate enough that we did not have to go any further with the tenant, he moved out after Notice of Termination was ser...ved. Hopefully we will not be contacting Robert in the near future but if need be he will be our first call.

Great experience working with Robert and his colleague Moshe Nachum, from the initial consultation through the actual eviction of my tenants. They were clear about the steps involved an eviction (recognizing that I am a first-time landlord and had never been through this), as well as what my nonpayin...g tenants might try to do to derail the process. My encounter with Robert Mizrahi has been a delight. I met and retained him upon our first meeting. Robert was able to evict the troublesome tenants and by doing so he gave me a peace of mind and restored my confidence. I am forever grateful for Robert and his Wonderful Staff and I recommend him to those who are facing similar issues or problematic tenants. I read somewhere that a Good Lawyer knows the laws to protect their clients but a Great Lawyer knows the Judge, I have not been able to figure out which one he represents but I do know that he is Superb at what he does. As a small-time Landlord who owns a 2-family home in Queens, NY, I could not have made a better choice in hiring Mr. Mizrahi to represent me in my Landlord/Tenant case.
