Unhappy with
I retained Miriam Zakarin for child visitation, and a possible future filing for custody. Based on my personal experience with this attorney, which included one free phone consultation and one additional phone conversation, I did not agree with this attorney in regards to legal advisement and billi...

Replied last July 19, 2018I understand we had two phone conversations where I explained to you what remedies you had under the law and my fees, as a result you are unsatisfied with the information communicated on those two calls. I feel it is my duty to accurately relay to clients and potential clients what I can do for them in their particular situation. Sometimes the news I have to deliver is not what the client wants to hear, but I am obligated to be forthcoming and not give clients false hope. Clients needs are better suited with open and honest communication. I understand my fees are not inexpensive but there is the old adage "you get what you pay for". I wish you the best of luck, child custody matters are emotional and difficult.
