I have hired Mr. Rempel for several issues through the years. He is knowledgeable, personable, reassuring, PATIENT (with my never ending questions..), SKILLFULL having many years of experience. He knows his way around the courtroom. He thoroughly explains the process. He it attentive to his client. He took on a case for my son after he had gotten into a fight at school and was able to obtain the best possible outcome for him.

Mr. Rempel helped me get through the whole legal process during a very difficult time in my life. He listens, understands, gives good advice, responds quickly and is punctual. He ran circles around the plaintiff’s lawyer which made me feel like I had the best representation I could get. Being married for 15 years and being the only documented money earner in the marriage, I knew this was going to be a challenge getting divorced and still retaining some minimum lifestyle. Mr. Rempel was very up front and honest from the very beginning. He told me how the process would evolve and what we would do when. He handled very efficiently a bogus Domestic Violence accusation against me in the middle of the divorce proceedings and was always there to represent me when I needed him. The impressive aspect of Mr. Rempel and his excellent assistant Melissa, is that they worked for you, their client. They were not out to take as much money from you as they could but they worked efficiently, quickly, and very accurately to get the process completed. I would highly recommend Mr. Rempel and his staff to handle any divorce or domestic violence issue.

Mr. Rempl represented and advised me in a child support modification motion per the proper emancipation date(s) of my children. Subsequent motion resulting in a positive judgment/ruling in our favor to modify support payments retroactive to proper emancipation dates. The favorable judgment resulted in a fairly large credit as a result of over payment. Very personable and certainly knowledgeable in his area(s) of expertise. Note: While in conference room discussing our case, another couple(w/out atty. representation) requested simultaneous use of space and Mr. Rempl listened momentarily and volunteered advise with no solicitation whatsoever...

I am grateful beyond words for all Bill Rempel has done for me with our dissolution settlement. From the moment I walked through his office door for the first time he was always easy to reach, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. Divorces and dissolutions are not easy, yet he was honest, upfront, and realistic through the whole thing. He truly cares. I couldnt imagine working with another attorney and being this happy. My ex-husband and I were separated for nearly 4 years. We had tried and failed many times to settle our divorce. Mr Temple served as mediator at our ISP earlier this week. He worked patiently with us for 5 hours. I give him all the credit for our case finally getting settled and the day ending with a judgement of divorce. It was not an easy day, by any means. By now, there were a lot of hard feelings on both sides. The power went out in the building and we went outside on a park bench to continue our discussions. Mr Temple was professional, thorough, patient, and helped bring reasonableness and clarity to a heated situation. I wonder, if he had been our mediator at our ESP, we may have been divorced a long time ago.

Easily the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He treated me with respect and courtesy, letting me know what was happening every step through the process. Mr. Rempel is respected by the court personell and the opposing counsels. He did a great job negotiating with my wifes lawyer and was a great mediator. But the best thing about Bill was that he was NOT interested in encouraging and escalating the conflict and dragging it out, but was very tough when the time came to be tough. He helped to keep me sane during a time of stress and uncertainty. He really is the best attorney I have ever worked with and I will gladly use him again should I need a lawyer again. I recommend Mr. Rempel very highly. Michael S.
