Not worth the expense
Like a previous review, I had a similar poor experience for a moving violation. They delayed my hearing once and then i was informed I was found guilty. I could have done the exact same thing by simply completing the online DMV forms. I never spoke to a lawyer, just associates that took my inform...

Replied last July 07, 2014Thank you for sharing your comments about your experience with my office regarding your failure to wear a seat belt ticket. Your main criticism was regarding attention to detail. As you may recall, you contacted my office the day before your court date. My staff got the required paperwork to you in a very timely fashion. They also advised you that you could submit a written statement regarding your case. You emailed us at 2:00 that day notifying that you received all of the paperwork, and wanted to know the latest you could submit your payment for your court date at 2:30 the next day. You received this ticket on September 23, 2012 and it was rescheduled numerous times. We went ahead and brought your case to trial on the appointed date and time. Our protocol is to bring cases to trial as well as rescheduling cases when appropriate. We do not guarantee any set sequence of defense methods. Attorneys in court make all decisions on a case by case basis.
