Michael Block

I was issued a ticket for failure to yield to a pedestrian w/injury. This was not a ticket you appear in traffic court for. This ticket involves appearing at a special OATH hearing in lower Manhattan. The penalties for these types of tickets are stiff if convicted (as a result of vision zero enforcem...ent). Possible heavy fines and worst case scenario a misdemeanor conviction and or jail etc.. I immediately started calling traffic court type lawyers and got the runaround of excuses why none could take on the case. My last and final call was to Michael Blocks Law Firm which I found on AVVO.
