Michael and his team were the absolute best. I hired them two days before my court date (I'm a bit of a procrastinator) and they were still able to help me. I hired Michael last year for 3 tickets i received. One for redlight, speed and disobey device. Never got into trouble with the law. I was a little nervous because i never had to deal with a lawyer. I was driving and all of the sudden I see an in an unmarked car coming from the other side of the street. At the time I was smoking my e ciggarete, but the officer thought otherwise. At the end I get the ticket back from the officer and had seen numerous mistakes such as wrong last name on ticket, wr...ong date of experaton for my registration as well as wrong color for my car. I thought that there would be a great chance to beat this ticket due to my innocence. So I hired Michael Block as my attormey, even before the ticket had went into the system. The odd thing was that till this day I had not spoken to him once, which seems like an issue for some, except the TLC drivers which apparently look like they are favored. The main problem is that after seeing at least 20 reviews of people getting their cell phone tickets dismissed and apparently one guy had two of them dismissed. I feel like Michael Block did not put in as much effort into this situation as he could. When I got the results back they had told me that the judge favored the officers story, but isn't the whole point of getting a lawyer to distort the image of the officer in the mind of the judge, and make my side of the story more convincing. All that was done was the postponement of a year. the end of the day even though I did not win the case, and had lost 300 dollars , the least that Michael Block could have done was to personally call me and explain why they couldn't get the ticket dismissed. In conclusion if you either directly know Michael Block or are a friend of a friend, you will probably have a higher chance of dismissal if the circumstances allow.

It happen with a day before my birthday when i was stooped by a police cruiser for seeding, they got me with the radar, 49 m/h in 30 m/h limit in NYC at that time. I consider my self an average driver who usually drive with the traffic speed for more than 28 years but on a empty road sometimes we don...'t realize how heavy it's our foot on the speed pedal. Next day on my birthday i was talking with my friends about this speeding ticket and one of them advise me to call Michael Block ....." This guy can do magic" he told me at the and. I called Michael Block office next day, a nice lady answer my call and she explain to me what i have to do. I mailed the ticket and the check with the fee and i start waiting. I open the envelope and i start reading......Dear Mr. Daniel.....regarding ticket #.....bla ..bla ...bla.....you had been find NOT GUILTY .......So the magic happen ! I don't know what M.B. did and how he did it but to be find not guilty for a radar ticket and no fine .......its Amazing ! Imagine me going to court to fight for this ticket.....I was losing for sure.....losing one day of work and getting the fine and the points. For you out there reading this you should know that i have no other affiliation with Michael Block beside him fixing my problems regarding traffic tickets and i recommend him with open heart.
