Best Immigration Lawyer

No one understands the system better than Cheryl. She's smart, resourceful and makes things happen. She was proactive and did extensive research to prepare me for my case. Even through some unexpected developments, I always felt she had my best interest and skillfully argued my case to its successful... conclusion. I trust her implicitly.

Before we met with Cheryl David, our family has gone through a nightmare of dealing with 3 other attorneys that we hired prior to her in New York city. The case was a matter of life for us (literally). We were ready to fight for it and pay as much as needed. Every time we met with one of the previou...s attorneys, we stressed how important the case was to us and that we would pay as much as needed, but needed to make sure the case was handled diligently and needed a lot of attention. Everybody promised to us what asked for before we paid the retainers. Every time the process started, we were realizing quickly that either attorneys were not quailified enough (despite we were very careful hiring them) or they just wanted our money. It sounds quite cliche, but if you ever been in our position (sincerely hope not though), you would understand exactly what I mean. God only knows how much tears, pain, disappointment, time and money all of it cost us.... Our case was very complicated and required quite a lot of attention to detail, patience, a great amount of understanding of the situation and a substantial number of documents involved. Communication was extremely critical for all parties involved. Cheryl exceeded all of our expectations and helped us win our case. Anybody who deals with her professionally, personally or any other capacity are surely proud to know such a reputable and highly professional attorney, great person the way she is and have no doubts great friend to her friends. My wife and I are thanking our destiny that our pathes crossed with her! Best Lawyer I Could Ask For

Having Ms. David as my lawyer was the best decision we as a family have made in our lives. I can't imagine a more equip, hard working, invested, and caring person to represent my family in ANY court. She took my family's case, which was not by any means an open and shut case. We were absolutely about... to be deported, we basically had no case and Ms. David managed to find a way for us to be granted our Green Cards and we are currently on our way to citizenship. Her and her team are awesomely caring, and hard working people. I would not recommend any other. There are no words to truly express my gratitude for all that Ms. Cheryl David and her team have done for my family and I.

Immigration

I was apprehended at my job by ICE and taken into custody. My wife found Cheryl David by the grace of God. Cheryl acted immediately after the reasonable down payment. Cheryl contacted me and fought for an immediate court date and it given within six days and I was released from jail. My overall case ...took nine months and I was faced with deportation. During my master court date my case was terminated thanks to God working through Cheryl David. I would highly recommend her because she genuinely cares and she is a strong believer in justice. She is knowledgeable of the new law that got me out of the situation that would have changed my life in a negative way. Cheryl’s staff was very comforting and supportive during those tough times. I would highly recommend the law office of Cheryl David.

Top of the List

My case was very sensitive and Cheryl, after reviewing all the documents pertaining to my arrest and subsequent charges, found a specific issue with which to defend my immigration status. Then, after reviewing my entire personal and professional history since the original charge in 1985, she was ...able not only to have the homeland security prosecuting lawyer and judge dismiss the issue, but she also provided evidence and impeccable testimonials on my behalf that definitively proved the many contributions I have made since 1985. In short, my permanent residency - 51 years living and working in the US - was restored and green card returned. While all the court procedures were taking place, it was very stressful and difficult for me to understand the way the immigration legal system works with all of its uncertainties and fuzzy areas. However, Cheryl and her office were always kind, helpful and understanding --they held my hand, explained and guided me through every step of the way. I am forever in her debt and bless myself for having chosen Cheryl David as my legal counsel. Her knowledge, insights plus experience ann keeping track of all the ups and downs of US Immigration Law - Homeland Security and other agencies involved, is invaluable. She is on top of it all. Moreover, as a student, she specifically chose Immigration Law since her vocation was and is to have a profession with which she can help and assist those of us who come from other countries and are in need of representation when facing the myriad legality of what's right and what's wrong with US Immigration. That alone I find highly commendable. I would recommend Cheryl and have already done so, to anyone and no matter how complex and what sort of criminal or other charges the US Immigration Dept has filed against you, go seek her advice, simply by going in and speak to her in person. You don't need to be intelligent to figure out that she is the one to choose as your lawyer. It just takes talking and listening to her legal interpretation of your case, to become her client and get your matter resolved.
