An expert and supportive guide

Cheryl and her team were kind, understanding, and extremely proficient. Cheryl was attentive and responsive at each stage of the process, ensuring that we understood each part in detail, and always took care to acknowledge our concerns – even when they were born of fear and nervousness – and assure u...s that they were not insurmountable. Cheryl responded to message quickly and thoroughly and never did we feel that we were lost, or left in the dark; she communicated what we needed to do, when, and how. And, crucially given the stresses of such a process, Cheryl was also clear about which items were must-haves and which items were simply desirable, making certain that we did not expend precious effort and resources on materials that made little difference. Cheryl was always on hand to explain, in no uncertain terms, what exactly was required of me and my spouse, and the different scenarios that we might face during the application, so that no matter what happened, we felt prepared. Our case was processed during the pandemic, and even on ever-shifting pandemic terrain, Cheryl was knowledgable, confident, and forthright. We knew that if something was had recently changed or was going to change, Cheryl would know about it, and she always did. In addition to her professional knowledge and experience, Cheryl was a valuable guide and support during the moments of the process where it is easy for an application to be overcome by their emotions: she was understanding and empathetic without overindulging in my unproductive worries, meaning that we didn't get bogged down in doubt. I would highly recommend Cheryl and her team, and can not imagine having navigated without her.

Very professional, punctual and effective!!

Cheryl and her team were so amazing! They explained the green card process for me every step of the way. They clearly outlined what I needed to provide in order to start the process, and what they would be doing throughout. They provided updates along the way, keep me posted on where the process ...was at, and when I should expect updates or changes. I found them to be supportive, professional, caring and very, very good at what they do. I received my green card as a result of their efforts, and I am on my way to citizenship. I highly recommend that you contact them if you are looking to update your status, or have any other legal needs related to immigration.

5 STARS ISNT ENOUGH :) :)

I applied for my N400 back in January 2015, and after many delays and without a decision being made on my application, my application was administratively closed and when i opened the mail in July 2016 and to my shock and horror, I was placed in removal proceedings. After the initial shock set in, I ...knew I needed legal help if I were to come out on the other side of this ok and remain in the states. I then started the process of selecting an attorney and choosing the right firm with the right people to help assist me. I asked around and asked some family and friends if they knew any good firms and the first firm I hired, I immediately fired almost as soon as I left the building, when I looked up the attorney that they assigned to me and saw that they placed me with a first year recent grad. This case was way too important and my future depended on it, so I was beyond disappointed when i figured out that they placed me with a first year attorney. I then started my selection process all over again, which lead me to the best decision I ever made, when I selected The Cheryl R David Law Firm, when I first walked in the place to discuss my case I felt reassured that everyone in the office would work towards one goal and keep me in the States. Cheryl was like no other attorney I hired before, most of my attorneys that Ive hired in the past, used to coddle me and tell me everything was going to be ok and things will work out, and tell me the things I want to hear. Cheryl was not like that and was really honest and direct with me and always gave me two choices, do it or do it, not doing what she asked was never a real option. I often left the office nervous and feeling uneasy and now that I think about it, it was because I never had an attorney that was so honest and invested in my situation. She really cared about what would happen to my family and I if I were to be deported to a country I have never known. She was so invested in my case she went to court with me and that meant a lot to me. Fast forward to today 09/13/2017 my application for cancelation of removal was granted and it was because of Cheryl and her very special team of Lindsey and Yanyll that did a GREAT JOB in my time of need. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIRING CHERYL FOR YOUR IMMIGRATIONS NEEDS! YOU'LL HEAR THIS IF YOU HIRE HER "I HATE TO LOSE" AND SHE MEANS IT. Most genuine and reliable lawyer!!!

Before I met Cheryl, I had seen many immigration lawyers who all seems to care more about getting paid than helping me with my situation. Cheryl was different from the moment I met her, I felt safe and in good hands especially when she told me she is not here to take advantage of my situation. In our... initial meeting, she did not start talking about the cost of helping me but rather accessing the best way she can help me out with my complicated immigration case and I loved that she had honest advise but most importantly she was not pushy. Best choice I ever made is to have Cheryl as my attorney with her expert guidance and help, my long immigration process was a success. I remember how difficult my life was without an identity but Cheryl and her knowledgeable office staffs were able to get me DACA which gave me some hope to work and drive but it did not end there, they also help me get my green card recently and now they gave me not only hope but freedom. As they say in my Asian culture now I have "wings to fly"! I can't thank Cheryl and her caring staff enough for all that they have done for me!!! Cheryl and her legal assistants are people that truly cares about helping illegal immigrants. I would 100% refer her to anyone who needs her legal expert advise on immigration help!
