I manage a solo practice dedicated exclusively to immigration law. I represent clients with complex family petitions, including VAWA applications and litigate before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and federal Circuit Courts. I alsp represents asylum seekers before the Asylum Office and EOIR and handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. I am fluent in spoken Spanish.
I care deeply about legal writing and teaching not only for what it gives to the communty but also from what I learn while researching and teaching which helps with my advocacy for my clients and also for more just and humane immigration policy.
In a consultation, I will explain all of your options and advise you on the best way to accomplish your goals. If you are struggling with a family immigration concern, facing deportation, would like guidance for the naturalization process, or an emplopyment opprtuniity in the US, I encourage you to call or email for an initial consultation.

It was an absolute pleasure to work on your case because of the challenging issues and also because of the injustices that you had to endure to that point.
