The best lawyer for immigration.

During July of 2010, our family ran into one of the toughest challenges in our lives. We faced deportation from the United States. Having grown up in the U.S. for more than 20 years, this was difficult to face. Our first priority was to search for the most competent, trustworthy, and professional ...lawyer. I found Cheryl's firm online and felt that her experience and knowledge dealing with immigration and deportation cases were perfectly suited for our unique case. Soon after, we went for a consultation. She was extremely professional and listened to our unique case and what our concerns were—all while giving us ample information on what she would do to resolve our case and keep us here in the United States permanently. We knew then and there that Cheryl would be the best lawyer for our case. In only a few months, our family was able to to reside in the United States temporarily because of her. However, the goal was to receive permanent residency. Her expertise in dealing with a variety of immigration and deportation cases allowed her to hone in on exactly what type of documents and statements we needed in order to reside in the United States. She knew what keys unlocked the door, so to say. Within one year, our previous deportation case was closed and our new case was processing. We then met with another judge several months later, who then notified us that our final decision would be mailed to us. Our lives were changed when we received our approval letter for Permanent Residency in the United States. We could not be happier that we chose Cheryl as our lawyer. Since then, I have recommended Cheryl to numerous friends and family. She is truly an expert in her profession and understands the difficulties that many immigrants and non-documented aliens face in this country. It is with great confidence that I recommend Cheryl for any immigration case—especially deportation cases and unique cases dealing with undocumented immigrants. If you are deciding which lawyer to go with for your complicated and unique immigration case—the search is over. Choose Cheryl, you will be glad you did once you see the results.

Best Immigration Lawyer.

Ms. Cheryl David changed our lives. When my husband and I first met Cheryl, we knew immediately (having been through a long line of costly immigration lawyers interested only in our money) that not only was she a gifted professional, but that we could fully trust her to tell us the truth about our si...tuation. She never shugar-coated our very complicated position (facing deportation and seperation from one another) like previous attorneys had done. She never fed us with false hope. She was never self-boasting. She was honest about the challenges we faced from the very start. She struck us with her top intelligence, her professionalism, her compassion, her work ethic and her drive to do everything in her power to help us. At the end, she did come through for us, and afer years of struggle to stay in this country, after years of battle without a proper legal defense, Ms. Cheryl David succeeded in helping us stay together and begin our life without the burden of fear and hiding. Ms. David is well-known and well-respected in the immigration circle. Because of her work and dedication, I was able to travel and visit my family in my homeland after being seperated from them. I was also able to freely return to my new home and family in the United States. I thank her from the bottom of my heart, and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a lawyer. Making the immigration process easy and a reality.

As one may or may not know, immigration to the USA today is not a trivial task and is a complex and time consuming process and if not done correctly can add lengthy delays to the process. And when there is any question of the applicant requesting immigration the process can grind to a halt and that w...as the situation I found myself in with my wife in Jamaica, WI and need the best legal team to help with the process to completion. That's why, in December 2011 when I was referred to the Law Offices of Cheryl David by two other attorneys and their statement, "...if anyone can help you with your immigration issue, Cheryl David is the person"; I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. When I explained the situation to Cheryl, she was very attentive and took meticulous detail in the issue and the law around the issue and in the end provided a well prepared application and waiver that led to issuance of a visa for my wife after years of unsuccessful attempts. My sincere thanks gos out to Cheryl, Michael and their team for a job well done and I can definitivley say that I would reccommed Cheryl David to anyone trying to immigrate to the USA or help a loved one from abroad immigrate to the USA.

Trustworthy and Knowledgeable

Cheryl was highly recommended to us by my husband's colleague at his law firm. Our family member received a Notice to Appear after consulting with a previous incompetent lawyer who misguided her. We all thought her future was over and deportation was around the corner. We consulted with Cheryl and im...mediately was comforted not only by her sincerity but also by her in-depth knowledge of the complex immigration law, extensive experience, and involvement with the pro-immigration community. Cheryl was honest with us. My family member's options were limited, but Cheryl worked hard to get her the best situation she could have considering the political landscape and current immigration law. She was hopeful yet not misleading. My entire family found comfort with Cheryl. Personally, I value that she is involved with Schumer's office and has a network that keeps her abreast of policy changes with ICE and DHS. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who is in any type of immigration situation. Her entire staff is welcoming and helpful as well. Money well spent

Faced with a deportation hearing hanging over my head due to the incompetence of a previous attorney, I was desperately in search of a lawyer to assist me with the process of filing the necessary petitions to maintain my stay here in the US. After searching for reputable attorneys, I made an appoint...ment for a consultation; I was introduced to Cheryl, who at the time worked for another practice in NYC. Cheryl’s professionalism, knowledge of immigration law and integrity allowed me to finally trust an attorney with such a delicate situation. As an immigrant, who has spent thousands of dollars on attorneys in the past, who only provided empty promises and false hope, Cheryl restored my confidence and assured me that there was indeed hope with my case.
