Making your dreams come true

Life of an immigrant is not the easiest path and you need people like Cheryl to help you to walk it. She took over my intricate case with no problem, and I am beyond grateful for her guardianship. My dream was to legally live and work in America after my graduation. With the right strategy and good... amount of persistence we were able to correct my status and get me back to the country on the H-1B Specialty Occupation visa . I highly recommend Cheryl and her staff if you need an immigration help. Invest in your dreams!

Extremely competent & calm

I was so impressed by Cheryl and her team. I worked with them over the course of two+ years. I started out with a tricky case - perhaps not utterly tricky to them but for me and my family it felt at times very worrisome & fearful. Each time I interacted with Cheryl, she was fully present with me an...d gave me the honest truth of what the situation was at every turn. She did not sugarcoat anything. At the same time, she NEVER made it about money. I never got the sense that I was being sold any sort of service or extra fees. I thought that was quite remarkable in these times of transactional dealings. I find it especially laudable in an area where much money is probably being made by elements of fear tactics. I felt like I could 100% trust her expertise and with her calmness she put me at ease. When it came to prep for the naturalization interview, I had the opportunity to work with Lindsey Gauzza. She was excellent as well. She was thorough, took her time, was fully present, gave great guidance, and again was so calm that I felt completely at ease. I am now a US citizen and am extremely thankful to Cheryl and her team. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs help on immigration matters and especially to ones that may have a tricky situation at hand. Cheryl likes a good challenge and is truly inspiring how she fights the good fight.

Worth every penny - do not go through immigration without Cheryl!

Cheryl helped my husband and I navigate his green card approval. What started as a straightforward case faced seemingly endless delays after Trump was elected, and Cheryl and her team were there to help us every step of the way. I honestly do not think we would have been able to navigate this confu...sing, overwhelming, and sometimes seemingly impossible situation without her. I cannot say enough about Cheryl and her team. They are thorough, professional, and readily available. Better yet, they truly care. My husband and I are endlessly grateful to them for holding our hands and guiding us through this every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough, and highly you recommend hiring an attorney as talented and knowledgeable as Cheryl to counsel you through your immigration situation.

5 STARS ISNT ENOUGH :) :)

I applied for my N400 back in January 2015, and after many delays and without a decision being made on my application, my application was administratively closed and when i opened the mail in July 2016 and to my shock and horror, I was placed in removal proceedings. After the initial shock set in, I ...knew I needed legal help if I were to come out on the other side of this ok and remain in the states. I then started the process of selecting an attorney and choosing the right firm with the right people to help assist me. I asked around and asked some family and friends if they knew any good firms and the first firm I hired, I immediately fired almost as soon as I left the building, when I looked up the attorney that they assigned to me and saw that they placed me with a first year recent grad. This case was way too important and my future depended on it, so I was beyond disappointed when i figured out that they placed me with a first year attorney. I then started my selection process all over again, which lead me to the best decision I ever made, when I selected The Cheryl R David Law Firm, when I first walked in the place to discuss my case I felt reassured that everyone in the office would work towards one goal and keep me in the States. Cheryl was like no other attorney I hired before, most of my attorneys that Ive hired in the past, used to coddle me and tell me everything was going to be ok and things will work out, and tell me the things I want to hear. Cheryl was not like that and was really honest and direct with me and always gave me two choices, do it or do it, not doing what she asked was never a real option. I often left the office nervous and feeling uneasy and now that I think about it, it was because I never had an attorney that was so honest and invested in my situation. She really cared about what would happen to my family and I if I were to be deported to a country I have never known. She was so invested in my case she went to court with me and that meant a lot to me. Fast forward to today 09/13/2017 my application for cancelation of removal was granted and it was because of Cheryl and her very special team of Lindsey and Yanyll that did a GREAT JOB in my time of need. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIRING CHERYL FOR YOUR IMMIGRATIONS NEEDS! YOU'LL HEAR THIS IF YOU HIRE HER "I HATE TO LOSE" AND SHE MEANS IT.
