Best Immigration Lawyer.

Ms. Cheryl David changed our lives. When my husband and I first met Cheryl, we knew immediately (having been through a long line of costly immigration lawyers interested only in our money) that not only was she a gifted professional, but that we could fully trust her to tell us the truth about our si...tuation. She never shugar-coated our very complicated position (facing deportation and seperation from one another) like previous attorneys had done. She never fed us with false hope. She was never self-boasting. She was honest about the challenges we faced from the very start. She struck us with her top intelligence, her professionalism, her compassion, her work ethic and her drive to do everything in her power to help us. At the end, she did come through for us, and afer years of struggle to stay in this country, after years of battle without a proper legal defense, Ms. Cheryl David succeeded in helping us stay together and begin our life without the burden of fear and hiding. Ms. David is well-known and well-respected in the immigration circle. Because of her work and dedication, I was able to travel and visit my family in my homeland after being seperated from them. I was also able to freely return to my new home and family in the United States. I thank her from the bottom of my heart, and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a lawyer. Be sure, that even though there are no guarantees in life, Ms. David will do her best to win your case, and one thing is guaranteed with her: the fact that she will always tell you the truth.

Money well spent

Faced with a deportation hearing hanging over my head due to the incompetence of a previous attorney, I was desperately in search of a lawyer to assist me with the process of filing the necessary petitions to maintain my stay here in the US. After searching for reputable attorneys, I made an appoint...ment for a consultation; I was introduced to Cheryl, who at the time worked for another practice in NYC. Cheryl’s professionalism, knowledge of immigration law and integrity allowed me to finally trust an attorney with such a delicate situation. As an immigrant, who has spent thousands of dollars on attorneys in the past, who only provided empty promises and false hope, Cheryl restored my confidence and assured me that there was indeed hope with my case. She has been there when I thought of giving up and has always been encouraging, explaining every step of my procedure. Ensuring that documents are filed in a timely manner, showing up to INS appointments on time, returning my phone calls and providing me with a sense of confidence that I will be able to make it past this immigration process that I was going through. I am very confident to say that I would recommend Cheryl’s services to anyone that is seeking legal representation with an immigration issue. Top of the List

My case was very sensitive and Cheryl, after reviewing all the documents pertaining to my arrest and subsequent charges, found a specific issue with which to defend my immigration status. Then, after reviewing my entire personal and professional history since the original charge in 1985, she was ...able not only to have the homeland security prosecuting lawyer and judge dismiss the issue, but she also provided evidence and impeccable testimonials on my behalf that definitively proved the many contributions I have made since 1985. In short, my permanent residency - 51 years living and working in the US - was restored and green card returned. While all the court procedures were taking place, it was very stressful and difficult for me to understand the way the immigration legal system works with all of its uncertainties and fuzzy areas. However, Cheryl and her office were always kind, helpful and understanding --they held my hand, explained and guided me through every step of the way. I am forever in her debt and bless myself for having chosen Cheryl David as my legal counsel. Her knowledge, insights plus experience ann keeping track of all the ups and downs of US Immigration Law - Homeland Security and other agencies involved, is invaluable. She is on top of it all. Moreover, as a student, she specifically chose Immigration Law since her vocation was and is to have a profession with which she can help and assist those of us who come from other countries and are in need of representation when facing the myriad legality of what's right and what's wrong with US Immigration. Superb Representation

Can make the impossible possible!

A few years ago I was caught in an immigration nightmare. I had been burned by two other attorney's that left me me broke and in a mess. I had another attorney take my money and tell me that my case was hopeless and could not help me. I called the immigration defense fund and explained my situation t...o them. They recommended I get in touch with Cheryl David. When I meet Ms. David she did not make any promises but she did give me hope at a time when there was no light at the end of the tunnel for me. My case ended up lasting about four years. Through those four years I had a lot of ups and downs personally and with my case. Ms.David throughout that time was there for me at all times and made me feel like I was not alone in my case. She was extremely responsive and all ways kept me informed. There were times when the case made me flip out. Ms.David always put me at ease and always had a positive outlook even in the darkest hours. There were times in my case where I felt another lawyer would have given up on my case and me. Ms.David never did that and never implied that my case was not winnable. I've had very few people ,if any, fight for me. In court when the prosecutor went after me Ms.David fought for me like a boxer in a title fight. There were times in court when I was just speechless after witnessing Ms.David stand up for me. In the end my case ended up going in my favor. Ms.David made the impossible possible for me. In life there are no guarantees. But there is one guarantee I know Chery David will give you. That is that she will fight for you and give you every opportunity to win your case. From my experience with her she will probably do the same for you. No matter what your immigration situation might be Ms. Chery David is the best attorney you could possibly hope for to get you the best possible outcome.
