GREAT Immigration law firm, WONDERFUL people.

For the first time in his life, my husband (we are a same-sex couple) was arrested. At that time it was discovered that he had a final order of deportation issued some ten years prior. Although the arrest was due to a minor infraction this became a horrible nightmare because he was taken into detenti...on by ICE. Our whole life was turned upside down, family and friends were devastated. I am a US citizen and, up until this tragedy, was quite unaware and very unprepared to deal with immigration issues. But I explored many resources and thankfully discovered Cheryl David. She saw me the day after I called. She listened to my plight and immediately gave me a strategy that would lead to getting my loved one back where he belongs. I feel as if she and her associate Lindsay handled our case as they would had we been their own family members. I would feel remiss if I didn't mention that the firm's Michelle was also quite instrumental at driving the effort to gather the information needed to file the necessary motions. Cheryl quoted a reasonable fee for the planned work and, I believe, went above and beyond in her efforts to resolve our mess. I know Lindsay put an extraordinary effort into preparing the motion to reopen my husband's old asylum case, leaving no doubt in my mind that we would be successful. All phone calls were taken or returned, all emails were answered. I never felt out of the loop. Their efforts led to the end of my husband's detention and the return to his family and work - much sooner than I expected. Green card next! I realize all immigration issues are different. This was the most painful experience in my life and it was remedied thanks to Cheryl David's efforts. I am generally not a big lawyer advocate but this law firm is top notch.

The best lawyer for immigration.

During July of 2010, our family ran into one of the toughest challenges in our lives. We faced deportation from the United States. Having grown up in the U.S. for more than 20 years, this was difficult to face. Our first priority was to search for the most competent, trustworthy, and professional ...lawyer. I found Cheryl's firm online and felt that her experience and knowledge dealing with immigration and deportation cases were perfectly suited for our unique case. Soon after, we went for a consultation. She was extremely professional and listened to our unique case and what our concerns were—all while giving us ample information on what she would do to resolve our case and keep us here in the United States permanently. We knew then and there that Cheryl would be the best lawyer for our case. In only a few months, our family was able to to reside in the United States temporarily because of her. However, the goal was to receive permanent residency. Her expertise in dealing with a variety of immigration and deportation cases allowed her to hone in on exactly what type of documents and statements we needed in order to reside in the United States. She knew what keys unlocked the door, so to say. Within one year, our previous deportation case was closed and our new case was processing. We then met with another judge several months later, who then notified us that our final decision would be mailed to us. Our lives were changed when we received our approval letter for Permanent Residency in the United States. We could not be happier that we chose Cheryl as our lawyer. Since then, I have recommended Cheryl to numerous friends and family. She is truly an expert in her profession and understands the difficulties that many immigrants and non-documented aliens face in this country. It is with great confidence that I recommend Cheryl for any immigration case—especially deportation cases and unique cases dealing with undocumented immigrants. If you are deciding which lawyer to go with for your complicated and unique immigration case—the search is over. Choose Cheryl, you will be glad you did once you see the results.

Best Immigration Lawyer.

Ms. Cheryl David changed our lives. When my husband and I first met Cheryl, we knew immediately (having been through a long line of costly immigration lawyers interested only in our money) that not only was she a gifted professional, but that we could fully trust her to tell us the truth about our si...tuation. She never shugar-coated our very complicated position (facing deportation and seperation from one another) like previous attorneys had done. She never fed us with false hope. She was never self-boasting. She was honest about the challenges we faced from the very start. She struck us with her top intelligence, her professionalism, her compassion, her work ethic and her drive to do everything in her power to help us. At the end, she did come through for us, and afer years of struggle to stay in this country, after years of battle without a proper legal defense, Ms. Cheryl David succeeded in helping us stay together and begin our life without the burden of fear and hiding. Ms. David is well-known and well-respected in the immigration circle. Because of her work and dedication, I was able to travel and visit my family in my homeland after being seperated from them. I was also able to freely return to my new home and family in the United States. I thank her from the bottom of my heart, and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a lawyer. Be sure, that even though there are no guarantees in life, Ms. David will do her best to win your case, and one thing is guaranteed with her: the fact that she will always tell you the truth.

Outstanding Service

I was recommended to Ms. Cheryl David by another attorney who was familiar with Cheryl's outstanding reputation in the immigration court circuit. I was told "if anyone can help you, it's Cheryl". That in itself speaks volumes. I had been through several attorneys with no results on an issue that beg...an 11 years ago. Cheryl and her team were clear and concise on what to expect and held my hand through the entire process. All of my emails and phone calls were attended to and I never doubted that Cheryl and her team were doing their very best in handling my case. The positive outcome of my case solidified my trust in her and her associate, Lindsey Gauzza, who is wonderful as well, and I have just hired her to handle another case for a family member.
