Best Lawyer! 150% Would Recommend!!

I couldn’t stop my tears as I was writing this review. I will not forgot my 27 years of dealing with a horrifying experience. Without getting into deeper detail, I can assure that my case was a complicated one. I have literally been from door to door, looking for someone to represent me but I was alw...ays misled and undermined. They were always taking advantage of me. Do you know who made me free from all my pain and suffering? Cheryl David, Lindsay Gauzza, Michelle David. It’s nearly impossible express my gratitude merely through words. The first interview took two hours at the beginning when I met Cheryl and explained my immigration status, and after she heard my history and reviewed my documents, she looked at me and she said I made a big mess but at the same time she said my case is also strong therefore there is some possibility and hope. She gave me a new hope; one that I had lost through the rejection of others. I told her that I read the review on AVVO and that I came to her with hope. As I explained my situation, I couldn’t stop crying. Right before final interview, my wife and I sat with her few times and we studied the case for the final interview. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and breakdown piece by piece explanations. She is the most extraordinary lawyer I have ever met. No one, until her, was willing to put together the messy puzzle pieces and create the entire picture and for that, I am forever grateful. Lindsay- My wife and I set with her few times to study the case. She was our angel safe guard especially during the final interview at the federal Plaza. My wife needed an interpreter and he was putting our case in jeopardy. Lindsay spoke up from back and saved us from the drown. If Lindsay was not there, we would be in a much worse place today. Michelle- I have no word to describe her efforts because she did so much to help me. From day one until the final day, she was non-stop, restlessly, back and forth, working with us. Weekends, holidays, all types of weather, Covid-19, yet, nothing stopped her. In her whole career, this was her most complicated case to count. And she won. She is my life time hero. Team effort- Office staff have fantastic communication, positive attitude. Super organized.

The best immigration lawyer i have had!

I hired her services for the removal of conditions of my green card, since the beggining she was absolutely professional, all the application process went smoothly, the staff working with her were super helpful and efficient, everything was sent on time. The removal of conditions was approved so fast... i could not believe it. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service, she is honestly the best immigration lawyer i have worked with, and i am definitely looking forward to hire her services for the naturalization process.

Very professional, punctual and effective!!

Cheryl and her team were so amazing! They explained the green card process for me every step of the way. They clearly outlined what I needed to provide in order to start the process, and what they would be doing throughout. They provided updates along the way, keep me posted on where the process ...was at, and when I should expect updates or changes. I found them to be supportive, professional, caring and very, very good at what they do. I received my green card as a result of their efforts, and I am on my way to citizenship. I highly recommend that you contact them if you are looking to update your status, or have any other legal needs related to immigration.

The best lawyer

The life of an immigrant it’s not easy . You feel so left out of society and not only that the worst thing of all you can’t even travel because you’re an immigrant. When i met Cherls the first time we spoke for about an hour and i was 19 years old and we talked about what would i do Once i got My gre...en card . And believe it or not we went thru some tuff times when it came to my case . I was Going to court i was Getting a lot of mail saying that immigration needed more information or evidence to be exact, and there was times where i would Just sit in my bedroom crying because of this . My case went on for about 3 years long ,and throughout those 3 years i finished High-school got my high-school diploma and started looking for under the books jobs . And they never usually lasted long for me . There were times where i just wanted to say i give Up on this . Then i met Yanll and Lindsey they were like the best . Having yanll ,Cherls , and Lindsey by my side on every step of the way i felt Like a super team Every-time i came To the office to see them and talk about my case they made sure i was Doing good and that i wasn't getting in no type of trouble and till this day i can Pick up the phone And call them and they’ll always be there for me . (Too keep it short ) they really changed my life i just Got approved from immigration got my green card and i never felt So happy the way i am Right now . I want To scream till my last breath how much You guys mean to mean . And from the bottom of my heart how much i appreciate every single one of you For not giving up on me . And for fighting with me till the end . There’s no word for the way i feel because you guys made it happen and I’m so happy . I love You guys . Thank you once again .

Excellent Service

My husband and I sought the services of the Law Office of Cheryl R. David to help us with the filing of my marriage based Green Card application. We had heard many stories about unpleasant experiences with immigration lawyers and tried to be very cautious about who we would seek assistance from. Af...ter reading the reviews about this law office, we decided to go for it. Thank God we did. From the first day we went in for a consultation right up until the day of our interview they were with us every step of the way. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed information about our case, we never had a problem in getting that information because there was a paralegal assigned to our case who made sure that we were always updated about any changes with the case. When we had gotten the date for our interview, a session was scheduled with us in order to prepare us for what was to be expected. Since we wanted a lawyer to accompany us on the day of the interview, we were told from the beginning that if Cheryl could not make it, there would be another lawyer to accompany us. Cheryl could not make it, but I must say that the lawyer who accompanied us was very knowledgeable about our case and that was very reassuring. She was just as friendly and pleasant you would think we had known each other for a long time. I have read reviews about persons sending emails, calls to Cheryl without any responses. But that was not the case for us. I have emailed Cheryl and did not have a problem, and as I said before, there was a paralegal who was assigned to our case so we were always in contact with that person as well. My experience was a pleasant one and based on that experience, I can honestly say that I would recommend the Law Office of Cheryl R. David to assist you with your immigration needs.
