I am a first-time home buyers and would recommend Jean Chou as a real estate attorney with reasonable rates. I say she's very good. Jean is very thorough and considerate with our real estate purchase. She has a deep knowledge of condos and coops and looks out for her client's best interest. Des...pite the challenges and delays imposed by our seller's attorney and bank, Jean swiftly responded to my many inquiries with sound advice and helped move along the closing as best as she's capable of doing. Jean's also very respectful and easy to work with. She has a network of professional contacts from mortgage bankers to appraisers needed for the purchase. Some are better than others. Please check their references. (I do not recommend Chau Huynh at Wells Fargo who is very unresponsive and curt and the appraiser who did a hasty job.) However, I do appreciate Jean's ready recommendations. Overall, Jean was great in handling our case. Her office is easy to get to and she always makes herself available to answer questions and go out of her way to make sure her client's voice is heard.

Jean assisted me in my first ever large real estate closing for a condo. She really shepherded the process from soup-to-nuts.
