I had to sell a coop while traveling for a few months. Jean and her team completely took over the process and helped me go step by step until the closing. Even when there was some anomalies around the closing that had me confused, her team figured out the solutions and made sure there were no dela...ys. Jean was hired for a closing on a condo in NYC. This engagement was multi-year and was my first new condo development purchase. Jean is highly efficient at what she does and her follow-up is second to none, evidenced in her communication with the sponsor and other stakeholders. Jean and her team provided us with legal services for two real estate transactions in New York City - one sale and one purchase. She and her team were responsive and helpful throughout the process. They were always easy to get a hold of and quick to reply. They were also able to successfully navigate... some complexities that arose. We had smooth closings for both transactions.

Jean, Alison and her team were exceptional in helping us with our Condo purchase. Throughout the entire process, they responded to all our numerous questions very quickly and thoroughly and were very patient in explaining the numerous legalities surrounding our contract (we asked some pretty dumb qu...estions). Furthermore, they were very proactive in staying in contact with all parties involved, seamlessly communicating with our real estate agent, various lenders, and the sellers and seller's attorneys, which was no easy feat. Because our property was a bit harder to find financing for, we had to work with multiple lenders, all of whom asked Jean and her office for A TON of paperwork. Jean and her team responded to all the inquiries from all the lenders and went above and beyond in providing them with documents they asked for (including sending the offering plan, which is a few hundred pages!). We also reached some snags in obtaining financing and they were able to work with the seller to extend our closing date so that we did not lose the property. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and we were never in the dark about where something stood.
