We used Jean for two different real estate transactions in the past year. The first one fell through while in contract for contractually acceptable reasons but the seller became very difficult, unresponsive, and unwilling to return the down payment. We came to rely on Jean for guidance as we sued to... retrieve our down payment. The process was tricky, stressful, and confusing. Jean was patient with us at all times, and gave clear advice. Her diligent follow through and organization skills were instrumental in us finally receiving the down payment in full without resorting to court. Jean then helped us with our next transaction which was to purchase a place that was being renovated. This was yet another sale that was not straightforward, but Jean showed great understanding of what this contract needed and fought for us the entire way. Our interactions with Jean were so positive we fully plan on inviting her to our house warming party!

Jean is extraordinary. It is inconceivable to me that there is any better choice than Jean. From the start, Jean was clear, concise, and proactive. When I ran into difficulties with ...a slow-moving condo board, she didn't miss a beat, stepped up and coached me while also coordinating with my real estate agent, and went way beyond what I had any right to expect. Though I've sold and bought properties before, I'm no expert. With Jean's advice and coaching, though, I understood everything and had what I needed to make good decisions--on legal matters and beyond. As most high performers are, Jean is also backed by an excellent team. Just like Jean, they are both friendly and extremely professional. Also like Jean, they are proactive and keep every commitment. I didn't have to worry about anything. In my lifetime, I've had now four closings. I know the difference between adequate and excellent. Jean is excellent.

This is the second time I worked with Jean. As before, it has been a terrific experience, and I will definitely work with her in the future. Throughout the process, I always knew I am in good hands, and that I could have complete peace of mind that things are taken care of by her in the most profess...ional and trustworthy way. As a first-time purchaser, I went to Jean for what seemed to be a simple real estate transaction for a co-op. Before I even made an offer, Jean took the time to walk me through the entire process and what I should expect, putting my mind at ease. From the time of my offer and through to the closing..., Jean was responsive and kept me apprised of things as they happened. We unfortunately experienced two delays outside of our control. First, a flood occurred in the unit prior to closing and Jean was immediately helpful in determining the best course of action and negotiating the remedy.
