Biography
I am a former municipal prosecutor in the State of New Jersey. Since graduating from the Rutgers School of Law in 1989, I have served as a prosecutor in over 20 New Jersey municipalities, including Barnegat, Beach Haven, Beachwood, Berkeley Township, Brick Township, Brielle, Eagleswood Township, Harvey Cedars, Holmdel, Jackson Township, Lacey Township, Little Egg Harbor, Long Beach Township, Manchester Township, Mountainside, Ocean Gate, Ocean Township, Pine Beach, Plumsted Township, Point Pleasant Beach, Point Pleasant Borough, Surf City, Stafford Township, Toms River and Tuckerton. Now dedicated solely to defense practice, I founded my office to advocate for clients in DWI/DUI, drug, traffic, and municipal court matters throughout New Jersey. I focus not only on the law but also any emotional/family/medical/psychological challenges facing each client. After all, you are an individual person, not a file number, and no two cases or people are alike. I have extensive experience representing individuals in DWI/DUI, drug, traffic, accidents and municipal court matters and have handled thousands of cases. I am one of the limited number of defense attorneys in New Jersey to have been trained by the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General and the New Jersey State Police regarding the use and operation of the Alcotest breath testing instrument. I am an experienced trial attorney and if retained will always fight for you to the best of my ability.
