Nolan, Jr., LLC, is experienced in all areas of criminal defense -- from serious indictable offenses (homicide, aggravated assault, crimes against property, drug distribution charges, etc.) handled in Superior Court, to disorderly persons offenses (simple assault, harassment, domestic violence, minor drug charges, etc.), as well as DWI/DUI related matters, driving while suspended/revoked, and all other types of traffic matters pending in the municipal courts of the State of New Jersey. This office also practices in the defense of younger defendants charged with acts of juvenile delinquency. Mr. Nolan is a former Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor, who now focuses his energy in the defense of the accused.
