We had the pleasure of having Nick represent my wife in a very serious matter where a DWI was alleged. The penalty would have been 6 months of jail time and all sorts of other things. Nick was able to scrutinize the discovery and find flaws in the state's case--enough that the prosecutor decided to d...rop that charge and my wife pleaded to a lesser charge which kept her out of jail. He even fought to try to have them drop that charge, but the prosecutor wouldn't. All in all, we are happy with the outcome. Personality-wise, Nick takes a keen interest in his clients and values them as individuals. You would think you were talking to a long-time friend. He listens carefully to you, appraises the legal angles of everything in your case, and in his own prosecutorial experience is able to make a good assessment of how the case can/will go. We were so pleased that we are going to use him anytime we may have other matters that arise. You can't go wrong when your attorney is a real human being with a heart.
