DUI Dropped! Mr. McGuckin is the real deal.

I can't express enough how grateful I am that I hired Mr. McGuckin for my cases. I had 3 cases, all marijuana related which included charges for possession, paraphernalia and a DUI. At first the plan was to try and wait it out because there was a lot of talk about New Jersey legalizing recreational m...arijuana. Well that plan fell through so the next best thing to do was apply for consolidation. He was able to consolidate 3 separate cases from 2 different counties into 1 which is incredible. I used my conditional discharge for all the marijuana offenses, and was able to get my DUI dropped. I repeat, Mr. McGuckin was able to get my DUI completely dismissed! He truly went above and beyond. Very pleased to have been in business with him. I will certainly hire him again in the future because I know for a fact that I'll get the best possible outcome.

Eluding/ Mj possession case

I had been charged with 2nd degree eluding which if found guilty carried a jail sentence. I had also had a separate possession of marijuana case but with the help of Mr mcguckin we were able to get the marijuana case dismissed and the eluding charge dropped to 3rd degree with no jail time. Throughout... this tough time Mr mcguckin has been more helpful then I could’ve m imagine by working with me on payments, keeping in touch and informed while advising me in the best way possible. I would recommend anyone that need an attorney to definitely give him a call no matter the case and see what he can do for your case.

Steven was first a gentlemen. Kept in contact every step of the way made my situation not seem so helpless. I got Stop in Jersey while my friend was driving officer said he smelled marijuana ask me the passenger to get out the car and he searched the car he found papers but no weed. But the officer i...nsisted he found weed. I was arrested on scene near Atlantic City. Steven fought for a lab test on what was taken out of my car the lab never sent a thing in because there was nothing to test. If it wasn't for Steven I would be in a drug program large fines and a suspended liscense. Steven was worth every penny a public defender would not have helped me this way. Eternally grateful.

His confidence beat a 2nd offense marijuana possession charge

In New Jersey, it is against state to dismiss a 2nd offense marijuana possession charge. Steve's confindence in his convictions and relentless questioning of the prosecutor led them to dismiss all charges in fear of it leading to a trial they were not apt to handle. Steve's empathy, compassion and de...ep knowledge of our legal system makes him by far the best choice for yourself or a loved one. I had a panic attack before court and left with a clean slate and a second chance. Thank you Stephen McGuckin.
