Maria Romano Fioravanti, Esq. is the founder of Romano Law, LLC, focusing her practice on Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Arbitration and other automobile insurance matters. Ms. Romano represents health care providers of all types in their insurance claim disputes via arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Since being admitted to practice law in 2013, Ms. Fioravanti has gained extensive PIP litigation experience, handling hundreds of PIP arbitrations throughout her career. Her experience in other practice areas includes, but is not limited to, DWI/DUI/Refusal cases, contract law, agreements, real estate transactions, business incorporation, and estate planning. In September of 2018, she started Romano Law, LLC, to focus primarily on PIP claims, however, her practice remains open and welcome to taking on clients seeking to pursue claims in other areas of law as well.
