I can't express enough how grateful I am that I hired Mr. McGuckin for my cases. I had 3 cases, all marijuana related which included charges for possession, paraphernalia and a DUI. At first the plan was to try and wait it out because there was a lot of talk about New Jersey legalizing recreational m...arijuana. Well that plan fell through so the next best thing to do was apply for consolidation. He was able to consolidate 3 separate cases from 2 different counties into 1 which is incredible. I used my conditional discharge for all the marijuana offenses, and was able to get my DUI dropped. I repeat, Mr. McGuckin was able to get my DUI completely dismissed! He truly went above and beyond. Very pleased to have been in business with him. I will certainly hire him again in the future because I know for a fact that I'll get the best possible outcome.

I had been charged with 2nd degree eluding which if found guilty carried a jail sentence. I had also had a separate possession of marijuana case but with the help of Mr mcguckin we were able to get the marijuana case dismissed and the eluding charge dropped to 3rd degree with no jail time. Throughout... this tough time Mr mcguckin has been more helpful then I could’ve m imagine by working with me on payments, keeping in touch and informed while advising me in the best way possible. I would recommend anyone that need an attorney to definitely give him a call no matter the case and see what he can do for your case.

I truly wish I met Stephen on better term but truly was a blessing when I did. Was facing a second dwi offense and was scared for my life. Stephen showed me so much compassion and sympathy and never looked down at me. After discussing what exactly happened on my fist offense Stephen felt the grief t...hat I had and felt like I was given a raw deal. With great determination knowledge he promised me it would not happen again and that he would make sure that every stone was turned with this new case. Being me I thought that I was just being lied to but Stephen sure did make sure he did and deliver the greatest outcome I could of imagine. He got my case dismissed and was given the minimal charge. My 12 year old autistic son was charged with serious offenses during non custodial parent visitation.
